Eric Kiehn founded C&W out of a call for help in 1985 and has maintained that vision ever since. Having spent almost his entire life in Florida Eric is almost a native. His background in Computer programming, Computer Services, Operations Management and all-around technology Geek gives him great satisfaction in being able to help business use and manage their technology to achieve and reach their vision as well. He is committed to business success with his involvement in various organizations such as the Economic Council of Martin County and the Business Development Board of Martin County, where he has served on their boards and past presidents, as well as local chambers and volunteer organizations. Eric has received multiple certifications including his Sales Professional Technical Professional Microsoft 365 certifications

Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Dana moved to Florida at the age of 2. She and her husband have three boys together (two of which are twins), and five grandchildren (two of which are twins). Dana enjoys spending time with her family & friends. She attends and loves to serve faithfully at Christ Fellowship PSL alongside her husband – Impacting others’ lives for God’s glory is the most rewarding to her! She is proud to say that she has been a part of the C&W family now for 38+ years.

Originally from Long Island, Pat relocated to Florida in 1990, where she and her husband have raised two boys. She graduated with honors from Indian River Community College (now Indian River State College), receiving an associates degree in Computer Applications. Pat joined the staff of C&W in 1992 and serves as an administrative assistant and client liaison. In her free time, she enjoys bike riding, running, walking, working out and visiting with her sons and grandkids.

A long‑time South Florida resident, actively engaged in the local community and dedicated to family life while raising three children, bringing a people‑first perspective and strong sense of accountability to every client relationship.

Tera, a proud native of the Sunshine State, brings her passion and expertise to her role as Marketing Specialist at C&W Technologies. With a keen eye for strategy and a creative approach, Tera is instrumental in executing the company’s marketing plans and initiatives. Her role encompasses developing innovative strategies to effectively target C&W’s market, managing the marketing budget, and closely monitoring key performance indicators to ensure success. Beyond her professional achievements, Tera thrives on the joy of spending quality time with her husband and daughter, who are her greatest sources of inspiration. When she’s not crafting marketing strategies, you can find her indulging in her favorite hobbies, which include experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, exploring local shops, and enjoying the great outdoors. Whether it’s a family outing, a culinary adventure, or a relaxing day at the beach, Tera embraces life with enthusiasm and a love for creating meaningful connections both at work and at home.

Bonnie was born and raised in Deerfield Beach Fl. She moved to the Treasure Coast in 1990 where she raised her son Dylan. In her spare time Bonnie enjoys reading, baking scrumptious desserts, spending time at the beach, and playing with her grandson. She has been an employee of C&W Technologies since 2003.

Born in Southern California he bounced back and forth between California and Massachusetts until college brought him to the Florida Institute of Technology’s Jensen Beach campus in 1977. Finding his way to being one of the first career firefighters in Martin County where he served for 34 years before retiring. David first joined C&W over 30 years ago as a technician while working shift work at the fire department. He has recently returned to us merging his own IT Services company with C&W. David is also a graduate of Indian River State College and has attended Barry University and the National Fire Academy. David brings with him the experience of many Information Technology projects from the Manilla Skyway Bridge Project to the Martin County Comprehensive Station Location Spatial Analysis Study, and numerous other projects. David’s proud of the fact that many of his client’s that joined him here at C&W technologies has been with him for over two decades. Thrilled to be part of the C&W team again.

Petar has an engineering background with a focus in design, implementation and support of information technology systems with over 22 years of experience. Peter has excelled in multiple roles during his career, both technical and managerial, in the sectors of finance, real estate management, telecommunications and information technology services. Petar enjoys spending time outdoors, riding bicycles, and watching extreme sports.

Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, Roger served honorably in the US Army. He worked in Healthcare at the Cleveland Clinic. Roger moved to Florida and began work in IT. Roger has been a part of the C&W team since 2007. He has a daughter who graduated from Martin County High School. His passion for softball led him to coach travel softball teams. In his free time, Roger enjoys activities such as sports, shooting, politics, and enjoying the outdoors.

Peter is a father, husband, and IT solution development executive of high integrity, with a keen ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. He enjoys consulting with C-Level executives, business owners and department leaders on how to leverage information technology to better protect themselves from cyber-attacks, reduce operational costs and improve profitability. When not providing solutions to his clients, he enjoys time with family, friends, playing tennis or out on the water whether it be fishing or competitive sailing.

Stuart brings over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, helping businesses achieve success through strategic account management and exceptional customer care. As part of our team, Stuart focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. His expertise in sales management, contract negotiation, project coordination, and networking solutions allows him to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals. Stuart’s commitment to teamwork and client success makes him an integral part of our mission to provide reliable, innovative managed services.

Von is a highly knowledgeable and experienced technician with a proven track record of tackling even the most complex tech challenges. With years of experience and a understanding of his craft, Von approaches every task with confidence, precision, and a commitment to excellence. No issue is too big or too small for Von to handle, as he thrives on finding innovative solutions and ensuring systems run smoothly.

Jake’s love for technology began with video games, stimulating the mind through puzzles and problem solving. This extended to his enjoyment of math and science while in school. He began learning code in high school. This inspired him to continue his education at Rowan University for a degree in Computer Science. Since then, he has developed a handful of apps using a variety of languages. Jake is a part of C&W Technologies support team. In his free time, you may find Jake scuba diving, playing video games, or attempting to cook a new recipe.

Ryan is a dedicated Technician at C&W Technologies and a lifelong tech enthusiast. His passion for computers began at the age of four when he received his first computer, inspired by his mom’s career in IT. Following in her footsteps, Ryan has spent the past 13 years in IT roles, helping people feel confident and comfortable with technology while ensuring their systems run smoothly. As part of the C&W Technologies support team, Ryan brings his expertise and enthusiasm to every challenge. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with team sports like bowling and kickball, hitting the golf course, or diving into video games on his computer. Ryan’s blend of technical skill and approachable nature makes him a valued member of the team.

Austin is the Service Manager at C&W Technologies, where he keeps the tech running smoothly and the team on their toes. With over 20 years of experience in IT and a background in Computer Engineering, Austin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every challenge. When he’s not solving IT puzzles, he’s busy managing an even bigger crew at home—his wife and their four energetic kids. Whether he’s troubleshooting a server or refereeing a sibling debate, Austin’s got the patience of a saint and the humor to match. He’s a pro at balancing work, family, and the occasional dad joke, making him the ultimate multitasker both in and out of the office.

A lifelong resident of the Treasure Coast, Erika is deeply connected to her community and committed to making a positive difference.

Erika dedicates her time to coaching soccer and volunteering with her church. She enjoys unwinding with a good book, engaging in friendly competition through board games and video games, or simply relaxing with her two puppies.
